I am trying to find info on my uncle Bernard Thomas Hodson , i have his marriage index as well as his death index , also his electoral info , but i cannot find his birth record , or a mention of him in the 1939 register ( he was not in the military )

He was born in Warwickshire as were his brothers and sisters .

Any suggestions or pointers would be very helpful .
