Esta recopilación incluye un índice de registros sacramentales católicos recopilados por la Arquidiócesis de Boston. Edificada en 1808, la Arquidiócesis de Boston está compuesta en la actualidad por los condados de Essex, Middlesex, Suffolk, Norfolk y Plymouth de Massachusetts, pero anteriormente incluía los estados de Connecticut, Maine, todo el estado de Massachusetts, Nuevo Hampshire, Rhode Island y Vermont. 30 de septiembre de 2020: Se agregaron 876,881 nuevos registros que podrían incluir registros con fecha de hasta 1920.
29 de julio de 2021: Se agregaron 645,093 nuevos registros.
